Welcome to Hyroxic Pal ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our mobile application, website, and AI coaching services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

READ CAREFULLY: Hyroxic Pal and the AI coach "Axel" provide information for educational and recreational purposes only. We are not a medical organization, and our staff (and algorithms) cannot give you medical advice or diagnosis.

Consult a Doctor: Always consult with a physician before starting any diet or exercise program, especially high-intensity training like HYROX.

Not Medical Advice: Nothing contained in this Service should be construed as such advice or diagnosis. The use of any information provided by the Service is solely at your own risk.

Assumption of Risk: By using Hyroxic Pal, you acknowledge that HYROX training carries inherent risks of physical injury. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your use of the Service and release Hyroxic Pal from any liability for injury or death resulting from your participation in the training plans provided.

Our Service utilizes Artificial Intelligence to generate training plans and feedback. You acknowledge that:

• AI generation is probabilistic and may occasionally produce inaccurate or unsafe advice.
• You must use your own judgment. If a workout feels unsafe or causes pain, stop immediately.
• "Axel" is a software feature, not a certified human personal trainer or physiotherapist.

To access the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account.

Pricing: Hyroxic Pal is offered as a subscription service at $9.99 USD per month.

Billing Cycle: The subscription fee will be billed automatically to your payment method on the specific billing date.

Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. You will continue to have access to the Service through the end of your current billing period.

Refunds: Payments are non-refundable, and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person via the platform.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service.
• Share your account credentials with others.

The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated data), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Hyroxic Pal.

Non-Affiliation: Hyroxic Pal is an independent tool and is not officially affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to HYROX® or Upsolut Sports GmbH.

In no event shall Hyroxic Pal, its directors, employees, partners, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
